Having been a personal trainer for over 14 years and a corporate speaker for 9 years, I've worked and supported countless executives in tackling areas associated with their fitness, habits, and nutrition. I've learned to clearly understand your unique circumstances.

 

Work commitments, travel, and indispensable family time are just three of the most important, and fully justified, reasons as to why we often don't have the time to care for ourselves.  Life can be manic, and the notion of trudging to the gym at 6 pm after a 'hard day's graft' can be incredibly grueling and for most of us, unrealistic.

I've learned to clearly understand your unique circumstances, and why particular behaviours and emotions take place.

  • I consider every detail in your life including your previous fitness experience, your current nutritional habits, your work/family commitments, and your fully justified fun downtime.

 

  • I have 3-months, 6-months and 12-months plans that fit everything around your schedule, what's convenient for you, and devise action plans around your exact goals.

 

  • Commonly, this usually involves me designing time-saving and highly productive workouts (whether for fat loss or muscle gain). Additionally, I teach my clients how to prepare quick and healthy food options that keep in line with their dietary requirements. Furthermore, I create individual habit strategies (i.e. hours of sleep targets) that'll help clients tackle 'bad habits', and replace these with new and healthier ones.

For most people, one major headache they face when looking to hit their fitness goals is often their schedule.

 

One of my key roles involves me clearly assimilating your timetable, before planning and implementing specific food and fitness strategies suited to your situation and no-one else's.

 

Why not train in your living room with your kids or perhaps outside at a local park or beach? You need not confine yourself to one particular location and I've found that for many executives - such as those who travel extensively - training in one place just isn't possible in any case.

 

I'm available for my clients 24/7, meaning I regularly find myself amending workouts to better suit their varying circumstances. Planning is important, but flexible planning is better, and this couldn't be truer given the typical lives busy executives lead.
